Change of ownership of land in Ukraine is semi-legal ways.
According to VoxUkraine, 52.4 thousand land units are sold on the OLX website, which is less than 1% of the units registered by the State Geocadastre (27.7 million ha). The largest number of unit lands is sold in the Dnipropetrovsk region - 7252 hectares.
On the 2nd and 3rd places, the unit lands of the Zaporizhzhya and Kharkov regions are located - 5479 ha. and 4525 ha. respectively. The smallest number of land shares is sold in Chernivtsi (172 ha.), Lviv (246 ha.) And Volyn (344 ha.) Regions. All unit lands that are exposed in OLX ads make up less than 1% of the agricultural land for each of these areas.
The largest amount of land is sold in the eastern and southern parts of the country. Least of all units are sold in the northern and western parts of Ukraine. This is due to the fact that the North and West of the country abound in forests and swamps, which makes farming difficult. But the lands of the South and East of Ukraine are more adapted for agricultural processing.
