Following the information shared by employees of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation today, producers from North Ossetia will begin supplying high-quality ducklings to the domestic market very soon.
We are talking about the products of Dig-Art Limited Liability Company, which specializes in the production of duck meat and has long established itself as an authoritative and respected producer among consumers of North Ossetia.
Deliveries to other regions are expected to start within a few weeks.
At the moment, it is already known for certain that the Directorate of Dig-Art has already signed contracts for the supply of products with the largest and most well-known retail chains on a federal scale.
To meet the declared level, Dig-Art employees are currently conducting active test and commissioning works in all production halls of their own poultry farm.
According to representatives of the Dig-Art administration, they began mass production of meat of Ossetian ducks not so long ago - at the end of 2018. But since then, local poultry farmers have largely succeeded and managed to raise the initially small number of birds to thirteen thousand birds.
