In the near future, the Russian Federation intends to strengthen partnerships with Korea in matters related to the production of vegetables grown in the greenhouse.
Such information was recently shared with the public by the head of the country's Greenhouse Association, Alexei Sitnikov, during a forum between representatives of Russia and the Republic of Korea.
In particular, Sitnikov noted that today the Russian Federation needs at least three and a half thousand hectares of new greenhouse complexes on the territory of agricultural land.
Based on this, Russian farmers are ready to work together with like-minded people from Asia on the development and implementation of new methods and technologies in the field of greenhouse production.
Experts are convinced that the mutual work between domestic greenhouses and their Korean counterparts will help the Russian Federation to come to achieving its goals to increase the area of greenhouse production much sooner.
It is noteworthy that Koreans are ready to introduce SMART Farm technology on the agricultural expanses of Russia, which involves the construction of small typical greenhouses of high productivity.
