Agricultural production cooperative "Berries" (Kiev region) in 2020 will open a separate direction - for the sale of blueberry seedlings.

Currently, the farm cultivates 11 varieties of blueberries, in particular, the early variety Duke, middle Blyukrop and late Nelson. For information, SPK Yagodki has an organic blueberry berry with an area of ​​55 ha. The cooperative’s products are sold under the trademark BigBlue organic blueberry farm.

This spring, the company released an English-language booklet about its products. In each hectare of organic berry plantations, 35 thousand euros were invested. The farm was founded in 2016, but the first test berry crop was obtained only last year.

According to the co-founder of the enterprise Oleg Naumenko, the company will reach full capacity in three years. Almost all grown products are planned to be exported.
