The aroma of cheesecakes with cottage cheese, flavored with hints of vanilla and a delicate raisin “flair” - this is exactly what you need to feel in the morning, so that the day continues briskly, productively and inspirationally!
Of course, you can ask for your grandmother or mother to make cheesecakes for you. However, you must admit, you can do otherwise - bake fluffy and fragrant cheesecakes on your own and pop off to visit your relatives and loved ones (first of all, to those beloved grandmothers and mothers), surprise them with your culinary fiction and spend some pleasant hours in a cozy company with long intimate conversations, a series of pleasant memories and revision of your favorite photo albums.
If you wish, you can decorate the cheesecakes with fresh berries and fruits.
As for the cheesecakes, we suggest you cook them from the following components:
- 500 g of wheat flour;
- 5 tbsp Sahara;
- 10 g of fresh yeast;
- 3 chicken eggs;
- 50 ml of milk;
- 300 g of cottage cheese;
- salt, vanilla to taste.
Mix flour with yeast that had previously been dissolved in warm milk. In the flour mixture we introduce 2 whipped eggs with a whisk or fork, as well as 3 tbsp. sugar and salt. We knead the dough, form several balls from the elastic mass, which need to be flattened to the size of a dessert saucer and make a depression in the center.
In the recess you will need to put the filling. Make it easy - just grind the curd with 1 egg, vanilla and 2 tablespoons until smooth. Sahara. If you wish, you can add raisins to the filling.
Before making the filling for the cheesecakes, do not be too lazy to grind the cottage cheese through a sieve so that it is homogeneous and without grains
Cheesecakes are baked in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about half an hour.
Enjoy your winter tea parties and meetings with your closest and loved ones!
