“Indeed, when I was younger, I imagined a completely different life. However, 10 years ago, here in Zalasenthgroth-Chaford, my parents bought a weekend plot with hundreds of vineyards. ”. - says Gabor.

“Plant protection is limited to products approved for use in organic farming, except in cases of flowering. An important element of our viticulture is a much more stringent selection of shoots than usual, which provides environmentally friendly plant protection and at the same time improves the quality of the crop ”- says Gabor.
So far, we are focused on the production of wines. Starting this year, we would like to communicate more directly with our customers and friends and allow us to visit our winery to ask questions and view grapes. In other words, we want "Keep it open" in some form. We would also like to continue our search for grape species that are becoming extinct.
