Chicken fillet is not only a boring product for a diet menu, but also a great base for many delicious dishes.
For example, you can cook an excellent salad based on tender chicken, which can be served on portioned plates or a common dish, as well as burgers or sandwiches with a golden roll or toasted bread.
Chicken salad on toasted bread will delight and saturate your guests
It is important to note that such a salad is very satisfying, so you and your guests will definitely not stay hungry. Moreover, it is possible that you will be lined up for those who want to write down the recipe.
So, for the preparation of the salad you need the following components:
- 0.5 kg of chicken;
- 3 large carrots;
- 1 large apple;
- 150 g sour cream;
- 1 onion medium size;
- 1 tbsp mustard;
- 1 tsp curry seasonings;
- salt and black pepper to taste;
- cilantro or parsley - optional.
You need to boil chicken, then cool and cut (or tear with your hands) into small cubes or pieces.
Peel the carrots and cut them into cubes or bars. We do the same with an apple. But the onion is cut finely.
If you wish, you can add not white, but red onions to the salad
Slightly stew the carrots, onions and apple in a pan under a closed lid, adding a little filtered water. The moment when you need to remove frying from the stove is the readiness of carrots.
We mix the chopped chicken fillet with frying, add the curry seasoning, salt and pepper, and, if desired, finely chopped parsley or cilantro.
When the salad has cooled, add sour cream and mustard to it and mix gently but thoroughly. And - voila! The dish can be served!
