Mushroom mushroom soup is a fragrant and tender dish that is easy to prepare. It is very variable, and therefore you and your family will never get bored.
Selection and preparation of ingredients
Mushroom soup can be prepared with the addition of potatoes, noodles, cream, cheese. For mushroom pickers take both fresh and pickled, frozen or dried mushrooms. You can even make mashed soup. Choose what you like or is more accessible. It is recommended to freeze the mushrooms on their own, so that in the winter at any time, get out and make a mycelium.
After defrosting, frozen mushrooms should be left to dry on paper towels for a while, so that all unnecessary moisture comes out.
Saffron soup recipe

Classic with potatoes

- Peel and wash onions and carrots. Chop the onion into cubes, grate the carrots.
- Fry vegetables in vegetable oil.
- Wash the mushrooms and cut into slices.
- Pour water into a pan and bring to a boil, then add mushrooms there and leave them to boil.
- Peel potatoes, cut into cubes and after 10 minutes add them to the water.
- Cover and cook for 20 minutes over medium heat.
- Add the fried vegetables to the pan, salt, pepper and leave for another 7-10 minutes. Saffron milk contains a lot of potassium, calcium, phosphorus and magnesium. Their use improves the condition of the skin, nails and hair.
With dried saffron mushrooms and noodles

2 l + 500 ml to soak mushrooms
Nutritional value per 100 g:
- Soak the mushrooms overnight in 500 ml of warm milk.
- Boil the noodles and rinse in hot water.
- Peel and wash onions and carrots. Chop the onion into cubes, grate the carrots.
- Fry vegetables in oil.
- Pour the remaining 2 liters of milk into the pan and bring to a boil.
- Cut the soaked mushrooms into strips and add to the milk. Cook for 30 minutes.
- Add vegetables, add salt as desired and mix.
- Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and add noodles.
Important! It is necessary to monitor the degree of penetration of mushrooms. If you digest them, saffron milk will turn into porridge.
Making dumplings for soup
Ingredients:
- milk: 1/2 cup;
- egg: 1 pc.;
- thyme: 1/3 teaspoon;
- flour: 2–2.5 cups.
