Selection and preparation of ingredients
Buying berries is the first and important step in preparing the tincture. Get them in checked places, make sure they are dry, saturated black, with no signs of damage. The berry should not be too soft - this may indicate that it is overripe.
Important! When purchasing frozen berries, it is important to pay attention to the shelf life and degree of freezing. «Frozen» berries lose their usefulness and, when cooked, form a lot of melt water, which dilutes the drink.
