Huawei Corporation (China) on February 27 announced plans to invest 200 million euros in France to establish a communications product factory specializing in 4G and 5G equipment for targeted European markets.
A spokesman for Huawei said that a factory with many intelligent and highly automated devices mainly manufactures and supplies to European consumers. This will be the first factory in Huawei to introduce advanced manufacturing technologies in Europe.
The Tesla plant is considered the most technologically advanced worldwide. In California, there is an office with an area of 500 thousand square meters. All of it is intended for office premises.
In a press release, Huawei said that as one of the most advanced manufacturing centers in the world, France has a complete industrial infrastructure and a highly skilled workforce. According to Huawei, the new plant will be added to Huawei's integrated value chain in Europe, improving the timeliness and reliability of deliveries to European customers.
During the construction of the plant, the world's most advanced production equipment and tools from leading local partners will be used. According to Huawei, the project will create products valued at 1 billion TWO per year and directly create 500 jobs.
