From 2018 to the present, the domestic production of cheese and sausages is actively growing in the Russian Federation.
According to analysts for monitoring the food market under the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, since last year, the rate of industrial production of cheese in the country increased by 2.5: and reached the figure of 472 thousand tons.
The hottest time for industrial cheese makers in Russia was the first quarter of 2019: between the first days of this year and the end of March, cheese workers in the Russian Federation managed to produce more than 115 thousand tons of products. For clarity, we add that in the period from January to March 2018, 10.5% less cheese was cooked.It should be noted that the volume of sausage production from domestic butchers is also growing. The pace is low - only 1% per year, but the plans and efforts of the Russian employees of the sausage industry are enough for the years ahead.
Analysts in the food market do not exclude the possibility that between 2019 and 2020, the upward trend in the production of sausages and cheese will only strengthen.The reason for this will be both an increase in the production of raw materials - milk and meat - for cheese and sausage products, and the implementation of innovative investment projects in the Russian Federation, as well as generous and timely material support from state authorities.
