The agricultural production cooperative Orkino, located in the Republic of Udmurtia (Alnash district), announces the opening of a new dairy complex on the basis of its own assets.
At the moment, it is known that the commissioned farm is designed for two hundred and twelve individuals of cattle and practices a loose form of keeping animals.
This technique, which is considered progressive and highly productive among herders around the world, involves the separation of cows according to physiological characteristics.
Such a distribution into “groups” is a novelty for Udmurt livestock breeders. And here it will not be amiss to note that in the innovative complex comfortable conditions were created not only for cow groups, but also for the employees of the enterprise.
It is noteworthy that earlier workers worked and kept dairy cows in production facilities built in the 70s of the last century and since then have undergone virtually no modernization. Today, working in new and high-tech buildings is pleasant and convenient.
It should be emphasized that creating comfortable conditions for cows and people required considerable expenses - about twenty-one million rubles were invested in the construction and equipping of the complex. In particular, the regional authorities also contributed by allocating a little more than four million rubles to the cooperative as part of the One Million Tons of Milk project.
