An entrepreneur from the Kherson region patented and launched a unique product - honey amaranth, made from a combination of honey and organic amaranth flour.
This was told by co-founder of the enterprise and product developer Victoria Maslovskaya.
According to her, she and her husband worked on the creation of honey amaranth for three years. And only recently, after many trial and error, industrial production was established and its sale officially started.
Direct speech: “So far we are selling honey amaranth only in the domestic market, but we plan to enter the external market as well. In particular, the British were interested in our product.

We have already sent them products for testing, and in January they will come to us for negotiations on further cooperation. Therefore, we are now in the process of certification of equipment and products for further promotion in the market, ”said Victoria Maslovskaya.
She also said that it took a long time to look for investors to start production. And one American company was already ready to finance this project, however, in return, it wanted to obtain copyright for the product, which the manufacturers did not agree to. Therefore, in the end, I had to attract partly my own funds for acquiring equipment (by the way, Ukrainian-made), partly credit.
Direct speech: “The peculiarity of production is that processing at high temperatures is unacceptable for amaranth and honey. Both of these products cannot be heated above 40 ° C, so we adhere to a temperature regime of 37-38 ° C.
We also intend to expand our assortment - we are already testing the production of amaranth honey with impurities of various beekeeping products from our own apiary: with pollen, with royal milk, etc., ”the manufacturers noted.
