The rate of production of french fries of Russian origin is growing literally in front of an amazed audience.

Employees of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation are proud to note that in the domestic market of the country, the volume of preparations for the above dishes has grown by as much as 480%.

It is noteworthy that the surge in the production of french fries is due to several factors. And first of all, the growth of indicators was influenced by the commissioning of the company Lam Weston Belaya Dacha, which is located in the city of Lipetsk.

The launch of this plant automatically made Lipetsk Oblast one of the leaders in the production of French fries among all oblasts and other business facilities of the Russian Federation. Given all the above circumstances, the export potential of french fries has increased in Russia.

As for imports, it also underwent changes - now Russian retailers have significantly reduced the volume of foreign purchases. Imports of this type of product decreased by almost half. But export capacities are growing every day and today Russia is selling six times more French fries than at the beginning of this year.

Market analysts claim that every year the Russian french fries market will only grow.
