Selection and preparation of ingredients
Ingredients must be selected whole, without damage. When choosing mushrooms, you should definitely pay attention to the hats: they should not be wet and sticky, and also have signs of wilting. Mushrooms should be cleaned of dirt and specks with a kitchen sponge and washed, potatoes and onions - peeled, then washed.
