In the period from the fifth to the sixth of June this year, a nontrivial event took place in the city of Ulan-Ude. It is an inter-regional exhibition of pedigree cattle.
At the Siberian-Far Eastern Exhibition, goats and sheep appeared as the main objects of pride, which the leading farmers of the country brought to the Republican Exhibition Center of the Buryat capital.
It will not be amiss to note that the current event is the third in the history of such exhibitions in the Republic of Buryatia. Exhibitors presented to the guests at least two hundred goats and cows raised by the forces of Altai, Buryat, Transbaikal cattle-breeding complexes.
Also, animals from Khakassia and the Republic of Tuva were represented here. In total, goats and sheep from thirty cattle-breeding enterprises took part in the exhibition, six of which are breeding sites.
Guests of the event could get to know the animals of fourteen breeds better, and at the end of the exhibition, a company was determined that uses the most advanced technologies in its production, creates the most working conditions for employees and carefully monitors the comfort and development of its horned wards.
The Durga company (Trans-Baikal Territory), which specializes in breeding animals, was recognized the winner.
