- Take a pot with thick walls, a frying pan or a cauldron. Pour 60 ml of water and pour 150 g of sugar, mix and bring to a boil.

- Boil over medium heat until the water has completely evaporated for 6–10 minutes.
- Add another 100 g of sugar and fry for 2-3 minutes, stirring very quickly so as not to burn.
- Pour into dry dishes.
- Melt in a pan 50 g of sugar and bring to a boil, add the roasted almonds to it. Remove the pan from the heat and grease the finished sweets with butter so that they do not stick to each other. Transfer to a flat plate and allow time to cool.
